​​​​Mr. Baird received his Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate Studies from Marylhurst University and studied for his Master of Business Administration degree at Tiffin University. Mr. Baird has worked in the real estate industry since 2001, and is a licensed certified general real estate appraiser and broker. He has also completed all of the educational and experience requirements to receive the prestigious MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute. He has served as regional representative and on the board of directors of the local chapter of the Appraisal Institute.

​​​​Mr. Tyler N. Baird is an appraiser and broker, with experience in valuation and diminution-in-value issues in real estate. Diminution issues include environmental contamination, construction defects, eminent domain, soil or geotechnical construction conditions, natural disasters, and tragedy, among others.
